Atria - User Guide: Login and Password Management
Purpose:
This guide provides instructions for users on how to log in to the Atria app and how to reset their password if forgotten. Atria app URL:

1. Logging In
To log in to the Atria app:
Open the app’s login page.
Enter your Email address in the designated field.
Enter your Password in the designated field.
Click the Sign In button.
If your credentials are correct, you will be directed to the app’s dashboard.
2. First-Time Login with Temporary Password
When an administrator creates your account, you will receive your temporary password in one of two ways.
Note: The same temporary password (whether set by the administrator or auto-generated) is used regardless of how it's delivered.
Option A: Receiving the Welcome Email
If the administrator chose to send you a welcome email, you will receive a **"Welcome to Atria"** email at your registered email address. This email includes:
Your username (email address)
Your temporary password (the same password the administrator set or that was auto-generated)
Instructions for first-time login
A link to access the Atria app
Option B: Receiving Password from Administrator
If the administrator chose not to send the welcome email, they will provide you with your temporary password directly (via phone, secure message, or in person). In this case, you will not receive an email, but the password will be the same one that would have been sent via email.
First-Time Login Process
Go to the App login page.
Enter your Email and the Temporary Password (either from the welcome email or provided by your administrator).
Click Sign In.
The system will detect that you are using a temporary password and will immediately prompt you to change your password.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new, permanent password.
Once you have successfully changed your password, you will be logged into the app's dashboard.
3. Resetting Your Password (Forgot Password)
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
On the App login page, click the Forgot your password? link below the "Sign In" button.
You will be directed to the Reset Password page.
Enter your Email address (the one associated with your account) in the field provided.
Click the Send code button.
A verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Check your email for the code. It might be in your inbox or spam/junk folder.
Return to the Reset Password page and enter the Code you received in the designated field.
Enter your New Password in the respective field.
Confirm your New Password by entering it again.
10. Click the Submit button.
11. If the code and new password meet the requirements, your password will be reset, and you can now log in with your new password.
Password Policy: Your new password must meet the policy requirements (e.g., minimum 8 characters with at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character).
Note: The welcome/verification email may arrive in your inbox or spam/junk folder. Please check both locations if you don't see it immediately.
