Atria - User Guide: Site Pictures
Overview
The Site Pictures Management feature allows you to:
Upload and organize pictures and videos for any site
View pictures by different categories (Installation, Site Survey, Site Pictures, or All)
Track picture statistics for each site
Download and manage site pictures
Supported File Formats:
Images: JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF
Videos: MP4, AVI, MOV, WMV, MKV, WEBM
File Size Limits:
Maximum 100MB per file
Maximum 500MB total per upload session
Getting Started
Step 1: Enter Site ID
Navigate to the Site Pictures page in Atria
In the Site Search section, enter your Site ID
Examples: `POC3`, `A1B2`, `1234`, `SITE01`
Click "Query Site Pictures" or press Enter
Wait for validation:
✅ Green checkmark: Site ID is valid and exists
❌ Red X: Site ID is invalid or doesn't exist
Once validated, you'll see the site information displayed and three action options appear.
Main Actions
After validating a Site ID, you'll see three main actions:
Upload Pictures
Purpose: Upload new pictures and videos to a site.
Steps:
Click "Upload Pictures" card
Select a Category (required):
For "Site Pictures" workflow:
General Overview
Environment
Documentation
Other (Custom) - requires custom name input
Add Files:
Click "Camera" to take a photo with your device camera
Click "Gallery" to select files from your device
You can add up to 10 files per upload session
Review Selected Files:
Preview all selected files before uploading
Remove unwanted files by clicking the trash icon
Upload:
Click "Upload (X)" button where X is the number of files
Monitor upload progress in the progress bar
Wait for "Files uploaded successfully!" message
Tips:
HEIC images are automatically converted to JPG format
You can upload multiple files at once
Maximum 10 files per upload session
Files are uploaded to the "Site Pictures" category
View Gallery
Purpose: Browse and view existing pictures for a site.
Steps:
Click "View Gallery" card
Select one of four Gallery Types (see [Gallery Types](gallery-types) below)
Follow the specific instructions for each gallery type
Available Gallery Features:
Grid/List View: Toggle between grid and list layouts
Sorting Options:
Newest First
Oldest First
By Category (for non-Installation galleries)
Search: Search by filename or category (for non-Installation galleries)
Category Filter: Filter by specific category (for non-Installation galleries)
Pagination: Navigate through multiple pages using Previous/Next buttons
Download: Download individual pictures
View Full Screen: Click any picture to view in full-screen modal
Delete: Delete pictures (available for Site Pictures workflow only)
Summary & Stats
Purpose: View statistics about all pictures for a site.
Steps:
Click "Summary & Stats" card
View the summary cards showing:
Total Pictures: Total count of all pictures across all categories
Installation Pictures: Count of installation process photos
Site Survey Pictures: Count of survey and assessment photos
Site Pictures: Count of general site documentation
Click the refresh button to reload statistics
Information Displayed:
Picture counts by category
Visual summary cards with icons
Quick overview of site picture content
Gallery Types
After selecting "View Gallery", you must choose a Gallery Type:
1. All Pictures
What it shows: All pictures from all categories (Installation, Site Survey, and Site Pictures) for the site.
How to use:
Click "All" gallery type card
Pictures load automatically - no DevEUI required
Pictures are displayed in a paginated view (20 per page)
Use Previous/Next buttons to navigate pages
Pictures show workflow labels (e.g., "installation / pre_install")
Features:
View all pictures regardless of category
Pagination support (Previous/Next)
Grid/List view toggle
Sort by Newest/Oldest
Download individual pictures
Search and filter by category
Click any picture to view full-screen
Note: DevEUI is NOT required for this gallery type.
2. Installation Pictures
What it shows: Installation process photos for a specific device.
How to use:
Click "Installation" gallery type card
Enter DevEUI Filter (last 5 characters):
Enter exactly 5 hexadecimal characters (0-9, A-F)
Example: `09418`, `A1B2C`, `F3E4D`
Case insensitive
Click "Get Pictures" button
Installation pictures for that device will load
Features:
DevEUI filtering required (last 5 characters)
Grid/List view toggle
Sort by Newest/Oldest
Download pictures
Click to view full-screen
Automatic picture count display
Important Notes:
✅ DevEUI IS REQUIRED for Installation gallery
You must enter exactly 5 characters (A-F, 0-9)
Pictures don't load automatically - you must click "Get Pictures"
If no pictures found, try a different DevEUI or verify the device
Troubleshooting:
"DevEUI must be exactly 5 characters" - Enter exactly 5 hex characters
"No pictures found" - Verify the DevEUI or check if installation pictures exist for that device
3. Site Survey Pictures
What it shows: Survey and assessment photos for the site
How to use:
Click "Site Survey" gallery type card
Pictures load automatically - no DevEUI required
Browse pictures with available filters and search
Features:
Automatic loading (no DevEUI needed)
Search by filename or category
Filter by category dropdown
Sort by Newest/Oldest/By Category
Grid/List view toggle
Download pictures
Pagination support
Click to view full-screen

4. Site Pictures
What it shows: General site documentation photos.
How to use:
Click "Site Pictures" gallery type card
Pictures load automatically - no DevEUI required
Browse pictures with available filters and search
Features:
Automatic loading (no DevEUI needed)
Search by filename or category
Filter by category dropdown
Sort by Newest/Oldest/By Category
Grid/List view toggle
Download pictures
Delete pictures (trash icon)
Pagination support

Features & Tips
Viewing Pictures
Grid View:
Best for browsing multiple pictures
Shows thumbnails with basic info
Click any picture to view full-screen
List View:
Best for detailed information
Shows more metadata per picture
Easier to scan filenames
Full-Screen Modal:
Click any picture thumbnail to open full-screen view
Navigate between pictures using arrow keys or buttons
Download or delete from modal (delete only for Site Pictures)
Press Escape or click outside to close
Downloading Pictures
Hover over a picture thumbnail
Click the Download icon (downward arrow)
Picture downloads to your default download folder
Filename format: `{workflow}_{category}_{original_filename}`
Deleting Pictures
Available for: Site Pictures workflow only
Click on a picture to open full-screen modal, OR
Click the trash icon on the picture thumbnail
Confirm deletion in the popup dialog
Picture is permanently deleted
Note: Installation and Site Survey pictures cannot be deleted through this interface.
Sorting Options
For Installation Pictures:
Newest First (default)
Oldest First
For Other Gallery Types:
Newest First (default)
Oldest First
By Category
Search & Filter
Available for: Site Survey, Site Pictures, and All gallery types
Search:
Type in the search box to filter by filename or category
Searches are case-insensitive
Real-time filtering as you type
Category Filter:
Use dropdown to filter by specific category
Select "All Categories" to show everything
Categories are extracted from existing pictures
Pagination
For: All, Site Survey, and Site Pictures galleries
Pictures are displayed 20 per page
Use Previous button to go back
Use Next button to go forward
Navigation buttons disable when no more pages available
