2026-03-17 Executive Report - GREF
Address Questions from the GREF Security Team
Addressed questions from the GREF Security Team regarding GREF-specific Atria access, security, data handling, and third-party contractor access to facilitate approval of Nikhil’s document and enable the project to move forward.
Key questions included:
Does Atria have 2FA?
Is the onboarded user’s access restricted to only the site, or can they access data for other sites?
Does user access get removed automatically after a period, or is it permanent?
All questions were answered, along with outlining how these will be addressed in the GREF-specific version of Atria. This will help secure an approval from the team, enabling Nikhil to share his LoE document - a prerequisite for the project kick-off.
Progress on Pre-requisite Document(s) from GREF
With access and security questions clarified, we now have an updated timeline for the documents Nikhil is preparing. Per his update, we should receive them within a day or two. These documents will cover high-level requirements, design, milestones, and LoE from GREF’s side. A follow-up call has been scheduled. Once received, the Milvian team will work on our side of the LoE and SoW. Research has also started on two suggested methods to manage users in Atria: either integrating with GREF’s internal idPrism service or enhancing our existing Cognito setup with MFA.
Email-bot Bug Fix
An issue with the existing email-bot was resolved promptly, enabling installers to verify AWS connectivity at the time of installation. This fix is crucial not only for installers but also for team members responsible for configuring and testing hardware before shipping it to sites. Ensuring connectivity at the point of install and before shipping helps prevent delays, reduces troubleshooting efforts later, and maintains overall deployment reliability.
Lowlights
Documentation from GREF is slightly delayed but expected mostly this week.
Minor delays were caused by last-minute questions from the GREF Security Team, unforeseen off days, and Nikhil being temporarily pulled into a sister project.
Despite these, progress is moving forward steadily.
Overall
This week, the GREF initiative progressed steadily. Key security and access questions for Atria were addressed, enabling project to move forward. Nikhil’s GREF-side document with requirements, design, milestones, and LoE is expected shortly, after which Milvian will work on our documents. Infrastructure and tooling updates, including the email-bot fix, have been completed. Minor delays occurred but the project is on track to move into active execution.
