KPI Report Site Dashboard – Full Feature Delivery

Delivered the KPI Report Site Dashboard end-to-end, from infrastructure through to production deployment and documentation. This is a major feature milestone that gives the Director of Installation Operations a comprehensive view of site performance metrics, with default reporting from previous months for quick historical review and the ability to track changes over time.

The delivery spanned the full development lifecycle: CDK infrastructure setup, backend and frontend implementation of the Site Status Summary, Sensors/Gateways Connected counter, and individual Site Details in tabular form. The feature was tested locally with mock data, validated in production, and backfilled with historical snapshots to ensure the dashboard is immediately useful from day one. Documentation was also completed to support onboarding and future maintenance.

Site Data Reliability

Prepared a status document for Amazon identifying India water sites with issues, including go-live dates and data validity assessments. This deliverable gives Amazon stakeholders clear visibility into site readiness and outstanding data corrections, supporting informed decision-making on regional rollouts.

Device Lifecycle Management

Marked all never-connected devices across seven sites (BRE2, LEJ3, ERF1, ETZ2, VLC1, LCY3, MAD9) as “Deactivated,” indicating they are not producing valuable data. This cleanup improves the accuracy of device counts and health metrics across the platform, ensures that reporting reflects only active, data-producing infrastructure, and reduces noise for site operators reviewing device status.

Continued India Site Data Issues

India water site data issues continue to require attention, with a status document now prepared to communicate the situation to Amazon. While the team is actively managing these issues, the persistence of regional data quality challenges across multiple sprints highlights an area where additional preventive measures at the ingestion layer would reduce future remediation effort.

The KPI Dashboard traversed the entire development lifecycle—from CDK infrastructure to production deployment with backfilled historical data and documentation—giving leadership real-time visibility into site performance. Beyond this flagship delivery, deactivated unused devices across seven sites, prepared a stakeholder-ready India site status document for Amazon. The breadth and depth of output this week reflects a team operating at high velocity with strong execution across feature delivery, data integrity, and stakeholder communication.
